Both young and old can sled their hearts out on the sled run right next to the “Am Ried” ski slope. Whizzing downhill on a sled is always a blast. The sled run is approx. 250 meters long and also safe for young children.
Other places to go sledding: The forest road to the Reschbergwiesen meadows, the road leading to the St. Martin lodge (Grasberg) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the road leading to the Partnachalm lodge which is also used for the famous annual Horn Sled races (Garmisch-Partenkirchen).
Caution: Exercise caution when ascending and descending, as there may be vehicles (rare) or sleds on the run. These runs are not suitable for children!
